Brussels Sprouts Salad
WHAT TO GRAB:
Brussel sprouts, shaved & roasted with avocado oil
Dried cherries, chopped small
Pistachios, shelled
Shaved parmesan
Chives, chopped
Rice wine vinegar
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
WHAT TO DO:
Start by roasting shaved brussel sprouts in avocado oil at 425 until crispy.
Once brussel sprouts are done, in a large bowl add in brussel sprouts, dried cherries, shelled pistachios, parmesan shavings, chopped chives. Mix well.
Top with rice wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
