Buffalo cauliflower bites

WHAT TO GRAB:

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped

  • 1/2 cup oat flour (could use whole wheat)

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • hot sauce to taste (I used ~1/4 cup in the batter, start with less if you don’t like it very spicy)

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Set oven to 425F

  2. Whisk flour, milk, olive oil mixture in a large bowl. Add spices and hot sauce. Add in cauliflower and coat in mixture.

  3. Spray a baking sheet and bake until crispy (~25-30 minutes).

  4. Broil for last 1-2 minutes for extra crunch. Coat with more hot sauce for serving.

  5. ENJOY :)
