Buffalo cauliflower bites
WHAT TO GRAB:
1 head of cauliflower, chopped
1/2 cup oat flour (could use whole wheat)
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
hot sauce to taste (I used ~1/4 cup in the batter, start with less if you don’t like it very spicy)
WHAT TO DO:
Set oven to 425F
Whisk flour, milk, olive oil mixture in a large bowl. Add spices and hot sauce. Add in cauliflower and coat in mixture.
Spray a baking sheet and bake until crispy (~25-30 minutes).
Broil for last 1-2 minutes for extra crunch. Coat with more hot sauce for serving.
