Easy Sheet Pan Meatballs
These chicken meatballs are the definition of low effort, high payoff. Made with simple ingredients and baked to perfection, they’re juicy, flavorful, and easy to pair with roasted vegetables and a spoonful of pesto for a balanced, satisfying dinner.
WHAT TO GRAB:
1 lb ground chicken or turkey
1 egg
¼ cup breadcrumbs of choice
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
WHAT TO DO:
Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
Form into evenly sized meatballs (about 9–12) and place on the prepared sheet pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
