What to grab:

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds

  • 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder (or if you use a chocolate, omit the cacao powder)

  • 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cacao powder

  • 1 cup milk of choice (I tend to use an unsweetened vanilla coconut or almond milk)

  • 2 dashes peppermint extract

  • 3 drops liquid stevia

What to do:

  • Mix it all up

  • Enjoy :)
